Carter Neuville was created because we wanted a brokerage that was Louisiana Owned. We wanted a broker that was present, engaged, and understands that the only way a brokerage can be successful is if its agents are successful. We want our agents to sell real estate, not recruit. It’s clear to us that seeing positive, producing, and profitable agents will only attract agents to us. We wanted to provide a culture that focuses on family, community, and our clients. We wanted to create a pay plan that was easy to understand, fair to everyone, and did not focus on recruiting to make money in the real estate business.
